The project is funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs within the Water and Development Partnership Programme implemented by the IHE Delft Institute for Water Education. The project is led by the Kazakh-German University. Project beneficiaries are students, academic staff, early career water professionals, indigenous and marginalized groups.
